Today there are quite a few good lines to play, both in NCAA and in the NBA.
Nets vs. Raptors
I'm going to call the Nets winning again, betting on the money line at (-145). They had an impressive win yesterday, and there is nothing to suggest that it will not be replicated.
Timberwolves vs. Wizards
In the battle between two of the league's worst, my pick is the Timberwolves at +4 with three points of insurance. Kevin Love has been playing some of the best basketball of the year and the Wizards team has been slumping as of late. Although I think the Wizards will likely win, look for the Timberwolves to keep the game close.
Houston vs. Indiana
The Rockets will be playing a Pacers team that is 10-20 on the road and playing the second game of a back to back. They will also try and rebound from their tough loss to the LA Clippers and fight to try and make up the three games that stand between them and the playoffs. Bet on the Rockets at (-260) to beat this slumping Indiana team that appears to be locked into the 8-seed.
Sacramento vs. Utah
Betting on Utah at (-340) is the way to go here. This Jazz team is trying to recover from the loss of D-Will and are playing a Kings team without Tyreke Evans and that is 7-21 on the road. Look for them to commence their playoff push on a Kings team that they should beat.
Charlotte vs. Portland
Go with Portland at (-750) and consider it a security pick. The Bobcats have been slumping hard and are without two of their best players against a Portland team that is jostling for playoff seeding. As we saw yesterday, don't bet against the Bobcats to keep it close, but a Portland win here seems extremely likely.
Nuggets vs.Clippers
This is a great line today, picking the Nuggets at +1 and pushing it to +4. The Nuggets have been red hot since the Carmelo Anthony trade and the Clippers have not exactly been scorching recently. At the very least, the Nuggets will keep it close, if they don't manage the victory. There is absolutely no reason to bet against the Nuggets here.
